Kitchari Cooking Circle on 30th of November 2025

A Spiritual Ecology Community event on Sunday 30th of November from 12.00-16.00 in Amsterdam

Join us for a quiet, simple and nourishing moment around a single Ayurvedic dish: Kitchari — a warm, balancing meal traditionally used for gentle detox, grounding, and digestive reset.

From 12.00 until 13.00 we’ll cook together with attention and presence, while discovering the healing qualities of this ancient recipe.
Frédéric (fredveggiecook) will guide the group through each step of the preparation, sharing basic principles of Ayurveda and conscious cooking along the way.

No prior experience needed — just bring your curiosity, your hands, and something to chop with.
After the cooking, we’ll enjoy the meal together, followed by a group reflection and conversation hosted by Annick and Méla Krijger and the Spiritual Ecology circle.

This workshop is a chance to slow down, breathe, cook mindfully, and reconnect through food
